Log-in problems resolved!

Update: From 30th of June - 3rd of July we experienced more problems with the server. These problems should now be fixed. Read more about the log-in system here.

This issue has now been fixed. Please let us know if you still have problems.

When signing up PLEASE USE THE SAME EMAIL YOU USED WHEN YOU SIGNED UP FOR PREVIOUS FORMAL TESTS OR TRIPS BEFORE OUR NEW SYSTEM! By doing so we can easily find previous documentation you have sent us. (New users don't have to worry about this of course.)

Note:If you have got codes from the formal test from the old system, these can still be used if valid. But they are NOT your password for the website. You have to set this yourself.

Due to a bug in our system some users experience log-in problems.

This error will most likely be fixed by the end of the 24th of June.

Details:

Please don't register with a new email if you get the message "An account with that email already exist". This means you are already registered. Having multiple accounts in our system may lead to substantial delays in approval of applications for formal tests! You may try the "reset password" link but the problem now is that some of these emails don't reach the users.

Instead wait until 25th of June, and try again. Check this news post for updates!
